JoLyn's Bdae Celebration

牛年快乐!!! 祝大家, 身体健康, 工作顺利, 万事如意, 一帆风顺....
Last Friday, 23th Jan 09, I had our pre-reunion dinner with my colleagues. In actual fact, it's for Jolyn's Pre-Birthday celebration. Her exact Bdae, falls on 初三. Hence, an earlier celebration for her ya..We went Central to have 'Waruka Pasta'.. Yummy Yummy, probably cos due to the big jam on AYE & PIE, that maKes all of us go frustrated and hungry. "A Hungry man is an Angry Man :X"
BB, came to meet us at Liang Court "Party World", after having his reunion dinner with his family. We have lots of fun, laughter and sang a few songs. But of cos, the moment of the night is for Jolyn ya, cos the outing is for her bdae.

Weddings In Jan '09 Year 2009, is really a year that many couples will be getting married. In Jan'09, I have attended 2 wedding dinners, in just one day apart.. ;p On 16th Jan 09, went to my ex sec sch mate, Meiyu's wedding. It's held at Peony Jade Resturant, at Clarke Quay. Yeah, the setting is really nice and sweet. The food is yummy. Being to this resturant for the 2nd time already, 1st time is to Ber's wedding, and it's also where my soulmate held her wedding too.

On 18th Jan 09, is the 2nd wedding that I attending in Yr 2009, and the 2nd one in the mth of Jan, that's my 'Biao Yi's wedding'.. Yeah, it's rather a distant relative. My mum's cousin's wedding.. It's held at Marina Mandarin.. I really dun remember when is the last time I have seen her. But all I can say is, she dun loOk like her age, really knw how to 'PAO YANG' leh.. Hee.. Didn't manage to taKe a photo of her, but then i think there will still be chances.. Maybe CNY, or whoever, next wedding.. HEE.. Yeah Yeah, maybe my cousin's wedding this year in Dec.. LOL.. Another wedding in year 2009!! ;p

It's an enjoyable night, and it's really feel so warmth to gather with our closed kins. No matter how long we did not get to see one another, the bonding is still there. Family ties is something that is always so amazing.. :)

Gosh!! I can feel the impact...Sales is real bad for my sales department. Ahh!! OEM, gam ba tei!! After the New Year, there's not much orders that have been issued out. Sigh... Some customers are still not clearing their outstanding payments, therefore account are locked and orders can't be processed. Today, one of my customer sent us the reschedule delivery orders. 1/2 of the orders are cancelled. 1/2 of them are push back to June to deliver.. Sob Sob.. The crisis is here.. I can feel the impact now...Guess maybe some have not really feel it, cos maybe some are still in the festive holiday mood, as CNY is coming.. Maybe after CNY, more ppl will feel the impact.....Looking forward to dinner with BB tonight and the weekend ahead. Hmm, wonder what shall we have later.. AHH!! I am bored in my little office now... :(

HappY New Year 2009!!!HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009 to EverYone!!! May you be blessed with gd health, gd luck and may your wishes come true!!!!A new yr, a new resolution... Hmmm..
On 30th Dec 08, my department have arranged for an advanced new yr celebration. We went to have dinner at Maxwell Market and went KTV at Party World "Cha Ren Zi Jia". Hee, I brought BB along, as he do not have programmes on that day and to let him relax abit too. Seeing my cols a few time, he have clicked quite well with them. :P
We sang alot of songs and have alot of fun and laughter. Thanks to Ben Kong. He nv fails to crack joKes to maKe the atmosphere livelier, as he really feel uncomfortable if the atmosphere is too quiet. LOL.. As I have a habit to bring my cam along with me wherever I go, I took it oUt and snap pics.

We ended out KTV session till ard 12am. Thanks for Ryan's ride home.
On New Year Eve, 31st Dec 08, me and BB went to have dinner at MS. We went to try Myanmmar food. Hee. There's one resturant that served Myanmmar delicies. It's the 1st time we are eating that. Hmmm the food are ok, and it's considered reasonable. Guess wat, the bill is only 20 bucks. Haha. BB ordered curry chicken mee, I ordered Myanmmar Fried Guotiao, and we shared a side dish - Fried Gourd.. Hee. However, the fried gourd is not that nice, therefore we didn't finish it.

We intended to see the fireworks and countdown to Year 09. Found a spot and sat near the floating stage near esplanade. I knw I am a spoil sport. Ooops, cos when the clock strucks 10pm, I am sleepy. BB saw my sleepy eyes, and asked if I wanna go home. Sorry BB :P I am such a 'KOON SIN'..Hehehe, in the end, we went home. LOL.. Oops :P 我的BB是爱我的!! On New Year day, 1st Jan 09, we went prawning with BB's cols, at their favorite 'Bishan' prawning area. I didn't prawn, jus sat ard to look after their belongings and chatted with soulmate over the phone. As the crowd is too huge, BB and his col decided to stop. After that, we headed to IKEA and Anchorpt to shop ard. Hee. After that, we went to Chinatown to meet up with my sis and BIL. Heehee, our main objective is to get a MJ set. LOL. My sis finally learnt MJ and can see how interested she find MJ to be. HEHE.. BB and me, shared and bought a blueish color MJ set for BB's mum as her bdae present. Hope she likes it.
On Sat, 3rd Jan 09, Ben Kong invited BB, me and our 'Fun Loving cols' to his hse for MJ. Hehehe.. BB played first, while I watched dvd, " Money not enough 2 ".. I have not watched it in movies, missed it, but luckily right now I get to watch. It's really quite touching and it's about filial piety.. We ended the MJ at ard 9pm. Jolyn and BB won. However, cos Ben Kong lost quite alot, my BB gave all his little winnings to Ben Kong. And Jolyn also, rounded up her winnings to lessen Ben Kong's losses.. :) After that, we went to have DIM SUM at around Jalan Besar. Yummy Yummy.. Reached home at ard 12am.
On Sun, 4th Jan 09, went up to BB's place. Accompany him to have lunch and together with BB's mum, we went to shop ard at Queensway and Anchorpt. BB bought 2 shirts and a pair of jeans. Hehehe, what a satisfying shopping trip for him.. :P
It's an enjoyable new start of YEAR 2009!!! ;)
