Self-Made Cup CaKes.. :P
YesTerday spent my whole day doing Cup cakes... Hehehe.. trying to maKe my weekend be a fruitful one, instead of lazing ard.. Well, it's oso cos most of my DVD I have finished watching. LOL.. Gotta go get more drama DVD..
Before starting off with my bakery session, I bathed for Lance first. If not dunno what time then he will get to have his shower. Started baking the 1st round of my cup cakes, toppings is raisins.. Hmm shall I call it, 'Raisin cupcakes'..?? Yeah.. the 1st tray is set out to the oven.. Waited for abt 8mins, and Ding Ding!! My cupcakes are ready. Yeah.. It's a success.... Not like the 1st time I made, some are burnt.. "Chao ta"..OOppss.. This time round, all my cupcakes are baked nicely.. Golden Brown.. Hehehe..
Have made 3 different toppings..

My dear lance, was waiting patiently for us to feed him. Well, I can only give him eat the Raisins Fruity Cupcakes.. Cos dogs are not allowed to touch Chocolate.. Yummy.. He is so happy, eating it.. All my family members tried my self made cup cakes and commented, NICE!!Yeah Yeah.. I have packed a box for my colleagues, a box for my soulmate.. Hehehe.. Have gave my Boss and col to try it this morning.. LOL.. My boss say, "Yeah, I can do more, next time sell it and increase our sales.." Hahaha.. Hmmm but baking is real tedious.. But then, soulmate say, next time my weekends will be packed if I gonna try doing different baking, and desserts. I will see how hor.. But sure, after doing, will let u have a taste of it.. Although all my baking or desserts are not professional bakery de, but still it's edible.. Thanks the most important.. :p LOL...
